I’ve been asked this so many times…….I could do it…….. but I won’t! That’s not how I work.
“Why not?”
I want to put YOU back in control of your emotional eating. Yes, I could stop you eating chocolate cake, but then we’ll just shift that emotion to Vanilla Cake, or Carrot Cake……. Get constructive around your thought process, so you can control your eating habits…..and still enjoy chocolate cake without guilt!
